They’ve been sending this dumb coded narrative to second-tier intelligence people for a long time. I guess that’s the purpose of it. You are all SERIOUSLY AND EXTREMELY guilty in some way to some extent, even without direct control of territory and little influence to affect internal policies. I’m not dumb, y’know!
